As soon as we have received your documents and payment we will lodge the application to CIPC on your behalf.
Kindly note that even though this is an electronic service and every effort is made to ensure this process is facilitated as efficiently as possible, Out the Blocks unfortunately has no control over the timeframe from date of submission to the CIPC, to the date of completion. Any delays on the CIPC system will invariably have a delayed effect on the registration process from our side. No refunds will be made once the application has been lodged to the CIPC.
